• Strict Non-Gambling Policy: The Company and its primary project, skchallenge, are designed solely for the enhancement of talent, academic knowledge, and future-ready skills for students.

• No Gaming/Gambling: We explicitly declare that our platform, exams, and digital products have no connection to gaming, betting, gambling, or any “games of chance.”

• Merit-Based System: All rewards, recognitions, or scholarship eligibilities are strictly merit-oriented, derived from quantitative performance in assessments conducted under the Devithor AI Space Private Limited Examination Rules.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

The Company maintains absolute ownership of all content associated with its brand, whether on the website https://devithoraispace.in/ or external platforms.

• Website Content: All text, graphics, dashboards, CRM tools, and proprietary code are the sole property of Devithor AI Space Private Limited.

• YouTube & Multimedia: All videos, educational content, audio-visual materials, and webinars posted on our official YouTube channel or other social media are protected under the Copyright Act. Devithor AI Space Private Limited is the sole Copyright Owner.

• Prohibited Use: Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of our content (including “skchallenge” materials) without written consent will result in immediate legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

3. SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY & EXAMINATION RULES

The “skchallenge” platform provides scholarships based on rigorous internal standards.

• Evaluation: Scholarships are awarded based solely on the results of exams. There is no element of luck; only “Talent and Knowledge” are evaluated.

• Binding Results: The decisions made by the Company’s automated evaluation system and its academic board are final and binding.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for scholarships, students must adhere to the Devithor AI Space Private Limited Examination Rules, which include anti-proctoring regulations and integrity checks. Any student found using unfair means will be permanently disqualified.

4. PARTNERSHIP & PAYMENTS AGREEMENTS

The Company operates with various strategic partners and directors (including S. Allah Rakha Nazeer and A. Madhusudan Reddy).

• Contractual Payments: All partner commissions, service fees, and profit-sharing models are governed by the specific Payment Agreements signed between the Company and the respective partner.

• Disbursement: Payments will be processed strictly as mentioned in the signed agreements, subject to the completion of defined milestones and tax (GST) deductions.

• Transparency: The Company maintains a transparent ledger for all partner transactions to ensure ethical business operations.

5. RIGHT TO MODIFY POLICIES

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

All matters relating to these Terms, the skchallenge platform, and the Company’s operations are governed by the laws of India.

• Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mahabubnagar, Telangana, or the High Court of Telangana, Hyderabad.

9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Since the Company provides “Digital Products” and immediate access to “skchallenge” content upon subscription:

• No Refunds: Once a subscription is activated or a digital product is accessed, the fee is non-refundable.

• Service Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate access if a user violates the copyright or non-gambling policies mentioned in Section 1 and Section 2.
